by Roy M. Oswald, Robert E., Jr Friedrich, Alban Institute. Discern our future, don’t plan it. There is a way we ought to go; this book helps open us to finding that way. Discernment, when coupled with systems thinking and organizational learning (for example Senge, The Fifth Discipline), provides a way of reframing the strategic planning process.
